copyright errors in flash template

I'm using template 9 and I have tried all of the fixes you have given out to eliminate the copyright isssues. I don't think I have removed any of the links back to your site. I get two pop ups when I load my website. some times only one. my url is http://www.bigislandprivatechef.com It doesn't seem to pop up when I use safari browser but it does when I use ie8. Otherwise this template is killer. If I reduce the KBs in my photos will this flash load faster in my portfolio?

I think you change code by mistake. Just remplace (line 54) the second div:

<div id="free-flash-header" style="width:999px;text-align:right;position:relative;bottom:0px;margin-top:63px;color:#363636;font-size:10px;font-family:Verdana; height:4px; margin-left:auto; margin-right:auto; margin-bottom:0">

by this one:

<div id="free-flash-header" style="width:820px;margin:0 auto;text-align:right;position:relative;bottom:0px;margin-top:63px;color:#363636;font-size:10px;font-family:Verdana">
