Confrontation: Template9 and Banner201

I have problem with confrontation: Template9 and Banner201.
How I can change index.htm to put this banner on the right, top corner?
I tried many times to put it on top but each time it is on the bottom, left corner.
I don't have any idea how to modify index.htm.
Please some one help me with that problem.

Check out your HTML in index.htm, you've got errors.
For example, I don't understand why have you got these tags in the page:
</td></tr></table>

Furthermore you've got an alert message in firefox and ie because your remove copyright link. Please add it.
