hELP! Copyright error is still showing

Im using dreamweaver ftp to upload the template 9 that edited and its coming along good but the removed copyright notice is still poping up and as you can see on my website the link to their site is at the bottom so what am i doing wrong?:confused:

I am not seeing the pop-up error. On my website (http://www.jermboproductions.com/) it came up within a few seconds. They helped me with my error, but now I have some html code appearing in the background that I cannot get rid of. So far, the help I have gotten has been very good! I am sure everything will get taken care of soon!
