Copyright error message on template 9

My site www.o888o.com is coming up with the copyright popup and I don't think I've changed any of the terms of use. Can you please let me know how I can resolve this.

Not to worry, I seemed to have fixed it. I just re-edited the index from the end of the terms and condition down.

Hi my website www.kartkup.com have a same problem, i´ve tested in google chrome and firefox and problem persists. someone can help me?
I use IE 9, the problem begins when i update to IE9
