I developed a form using a free internet form generator, www.formsite.com. I copied the htm code from the site to the "_contacts.htm" file that is referenced by the myButton link in the index.htm file.
The form does not work when I test my web site. But it will work is I test it from Dreamweaver. Why
Thanks for your input

Vender for the form wants me to put a link to their site. When I edit the index.htm for the URL link instead of linking to a htm page, nothing happens
Any thoughts

Can you zip and attache your contact.htm contact.php page ?
You don't need any editor or special website to make forms.

I have zipped two files.
1. _contact.htm ( the way I want to do the form)
2. _contacttest.htm ( a work around I setup using their method a link to their server)

Hi,
The simplest way to add this form is perhaps to open a new page from your contact page :
<a href="http://fs18.formsite.com/willobie/form048162447/index.html" class="style10" target="_BLANK">Request Form </a>
