Is it possible to replace the titles that are TEXT with Graphic images such as "Home" or "Contact Us" images?

I seem to always be tweaking my web site

Hi,
You can add icon in your index page and add horizontally on the top like it's done in template 1. Or just put these icons where you want in the index page and link them like that :
