:confused: problem with terms of use

I am using the template 10 and the message the terms of use appears when I published . I did several tests and could not remove the message. published until the template without any changes and still the message keeps appearing. can anyone help me?

Can you please try to make a backup of the files flash/buttons.swf and /flash/header.swf and replace them by the ones in this archive :

Do not forget to clear you browser's cache.
