Help with flash free template 9

First of all you guys have great templates, I am using flash template 9. After modifying the template, the template looks great with the Chrome and Firefox browsers but with internet explorer 7 or 8 or 9 browsers it looks horrible. I need your help please. My URL is www.designstatione.com.
