Can I convert this template into one SWF movie file?

So I am making a website using wix.com... And it looks like they only allow me to import an swf file, not a folder with a bunch of different files. Is there a way to edit the flash intro template and then save it as one SWF file to be imported into wix? If it helps, I do have adobe flash, dreamweaver, and a few other adobe products, but I would need a step by step procedure because I don't know them well.
