Template 9 copyright message popup

hi template 9 is great. Very nicely done! I am having the popup problem which is killing the new web site. As far as I know no code has been changed.removed. I have a background image on the site, but it happens without this. I am using IE8 32 & 64 on 3 different computers.

can you check it for me as I have put in some work with this and dont want to have to start again. I spent several hours last night trying to fix this but no success
