Template 10 Not Working in IE

I downloaded Template 10 and it does not work in IE 8. Can someone download it and let me know how to correctly set the CSS so that it works in IE also?

The template for us on ie 8.
Do you still have the problem ? What is you OS, Vista, Seven...?

The website template work with IE8

If you want to solve problems on ie9 please this line in your header :
<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8" >
