Problem with pop-up window

I used template 5, modified it and don't remove (i think) any important component with yours scheme, but now in IE (in firefox this problem doesnt exist) i can see popups window : "You have removed..." Where is the problem

You've got this problem only on your homepage.
Just copy from smarketing.htm :
<div id="holder">
<!--BEGIN OF TERMS OF USE
......<!--END OF TERMS OF USE-->
and paste it in your index.htm page.
