Popping sound in IE - please help

Hello,
The template (maybe it's number 8; maroon block in banner and woman with coffee cup) is fine in Firefox and Chrome, but in IE, everyone hears "pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop" repeatedly.

I have not removed or altered your Terms of Use code. In fact, I duplicated and re-entered the original code (all of it); didn't help, we still hear the popping sound. I set playsound=no; didn't help. I removed the music; didn't help.

Please help!
