PLEASE HELP WITH template 9

:mad:I have been working with template 9 for the past 2 days creating a wepage for a non-profit organization. I have a deadline coming up quickly! I have been using coffe cup editor and everytime I preview the wepage in that it works great! However, once I get to my hosting control and upload all the files this is what it looks like....

Everything looks perfect in FireFox and ie6. What's the problem ?
