[SOLVED] Can I purchase my Flash Banner?

This may seem stupid but .....

Can I purchase my flash banner to eliminate the 'You have removed or modified the link...' notice? If so, how do I go about doing that and how much does it cost?

Its the first free banner in the listing. I don't remember seeing anything about purchasing it.
