[SOLVED] the template 18 "is not accepting accents

the template 18 "is not accepting accents, examples: "ç", "´", "^".
shows strange characters in place.
however, accepts the accent on the front page "index"

Use Dreamweaver and write the text with accents in the WYSYWIG window. You will see a special caracters.
