[SOLVED] :confused: problem with terms of use

I am using the template 10 and the message the terms of use appears when I published . I did several tests and could not remove the message. published until the template without any changes and still the message keeps appearing. can anyone help me?

- number of the free flash template: flash template10

- browser: IE and Firefox
- Operating System: Windows

Can you please try to make a backup of the files flash/buttons.swf and /flash/header.swf and replace them by the ones in this archive :

Do not forget to clear you browser's cache.
