[SOLVED] Another popup problem

I am using Template 2 at www.pahoa.org

I have the occasional popup error. I have not changed the license
tag. The popup does not come up often, but it does from time to time.
I have read the other solutions and read and applied them.
Help please.


Additionally I need apostrophes in the title and footer and I cannot
make that work. The word "Homeowner's" needs to have
an apostrophe in those strings.
