[SOLVED] Copyright Notice

For the Copyright Notice problem In version 9 of IE, Simply make all pages viewed in Compatibility Mode by going to Tools/Compatibility Settings.
It seemed to work

Yes it works for my local browser...but how do I fix it for EVERYONE ELSE?
