[SOLVED] Template & Copyright

Please help me I tryed all help that you give here but i can´t take out the notice when enter in my site but i haven´t take the line to the free nice template but continuous apearing the notice. Please help me the template is in www.gaditadesign.com.br/teste.

By the way thanks to do support beucause your work is very very good.
