[SOLVED] Help please! Website with flash template 9

Hello there! I am very new to uploading the freenicetemplates.com's templates to the site. I have selected and downloaded the zip file for flash template 9 and now want to upload it for my website. Anyone out there could please assist me step-by-step how can i upload this flash template 9 to my website. At this time i am using a sub domain for my site from www.webs.com. It has also its own different types of free templates to load, but i am very much impress with the templates at freenicetemplates.com.
