Copyright Message on Banner 202

Hi -

I am getting the copyright message for flash banner 202 on the site http://www.bungalowsix.com. I've put up a test page where you can see the error: http://www.bungalowsix.com/indextest.htm. I have redownloaded everything and I have not removed the terms or links. Please help. Also, is there any way to get this banner to work on an iPad? Thanks!
