[SOLVED] Template9 copyright notice an IE9 beta

Testing Template9 with IE9 Beta, finding that the copyright notice appears. Dos'nt with IE7 or 8 or Firefox 3.6!

Have tested by downloading latest template9 and updating copyright material in index.html file in test site on local machine along with new jsquery142.js, flash files and other js folder files. Still replicating copyright notice using IE9 beta. Other browsers ok

Just testing ahead of IE9 release.
