[SOLVED] contact trouble

I have template 9 and the contact form on my website used to work but now doesn't. The messages from my website never make it to my inbox. My server supports php, I just spoke with them. The last time it worked it was 1/22/11. Since then, I have tried everything I can think of to fix it. Please help.

Your web hosting plan should must accept PHP language if you want to use the contact form.
