[SOLVED] template 9 contact php problem

instead of send message when clicking on the send button onthe contact form, a open file dialog box pops up asking if you want to open,save or the contact.php file. when cancelled an unspecified error box appears when trying to go to another page

anyone had this problem -please help I've been trying all sorts of solutions for a week now!!

The contact page needs to be online on a web server in order to work.
You web hosting need to be able to manage php pages.
