I think you've got this problem because you have a lot of line breaks between copyright lines. Can you try to replace your copyright lines by these ones (just cut and paste) :

I did cut n paste , same problems.
I still see the pop-up message when i am using Firefox and SeaMonkey.

The problem is coming from your editor. Your editor add line breaks.
I mean your text is like that:

You see this text instead of the free flash template probably because...

And it should be like that :

<div id="free-flash-header">Free flash templates text replacement:<br> You see this text instead of the free flash template probably because...

Try to copy paste with notepad, you won't have any problems. Be careful, you added the code two times.
